Public beware -NO SUPPORT from SIEMENS

After nearly a year from sending my Siemens coffee machine for repairs ,I was send a message from Temba at Experts appliances to send beans so he can test the machine ,I was dumb founded that Siemens will outsource their maintenance to such a company that will not provide customer service. Public beware that there is no Support for Siemens appliances.
