Promotion material not delivered

Hi. This is the second complaint. Can someone please respond to my query. I bought a series 6 dishwasher and Bosch has a promotion where you get cleaning agent included after sending proof of purchase to Bosch, this has been done more than 2 weeks ago. When will I receive my cleaning products designed for the dishwasher? No correspondence from Bosch whatsoever.
