Poor service from Bosch Service Centre
Logged a Service call on 11/10/2022, got a Refernce number. When I phone in to the Bosch Service Centre, they keep on saying that "The Technician will call you".................................still waiting 3 days later. The washing machine is only 14 months old.....with a 10 year Warranty, very disappointing when you pay premium prices and you get very poor service.

17 Oct 2022, 09:50We acknowledge the complain , we'll be in contact with you . However all our washing machines are only covered for three years under warranty . Only the Motor has a 10 year warranty .
