Poor service delivery BOSCH South Africa and International

I purchased a Bosch Washing Machine some years ago, three weeks ago the started to trip the circuit breaker and I had a technician (private) look at it. He ran a cycle and checked the machine and said to me the limiter switch must be replaced at a cost of R150-00ZAR he confirmed that the motor and pump are in good working condition as I thought that could be the problem. Last week 10-11-2108 I had a Bosch technician as my Bosch fridge was leaking water and my technician did not want to replace the water pipe to the dispenser. The Bosch technician (Lawrence) called me and said "good news the fridge wont cost you anything" based on that I asked him to fix the fridge and the washing machine. I told Bosch the issue with the w/machine and he confirmed the motor and pump are in good working condition and if this problem happens it is either the element or brushes, he cleaned and tested the element and it was in working condition thereafter he replaced the brushes and ran another cycle, I smelt smoke and asked him why is it burning, his response was "the armature on the motor is faulty and I need to purchase a new machine. It strikes me that when he first opened the machine he confirmed also that the pump and motor is in perfect running condition and after he (Bosch) opened it changed parts and let water all over my floor and machine the armature burnt obviously he must of let water get on the motor or he did something else wrong, two technician (one from Bosch) both confirmed the motor and pump is perfect then suddenly it burns out???? - The fridge he replaced the pipe by taking out some of the insulation in the door (door was removed) and he cleaned the drip pipe in the rear, yet the fridge is still building up ice in the bottom shelve and the doors are now skew - Bosch reckons me it is because the fridge door is too heavy and it is a fault on the design that the door cannot hold the weight - load of bull**** as the door was perfect for ten years - I would like to send you his invoice were he charged me R196.50ZAR for a pipe connection which cost R35.00ZAR and R296.00ZAR for a 15cm piece of pipe which cost R25.00ZAR p/meter. Clearly Bosch South Africa *****ed me over with the prices and sent a unqualified technician to burn out my motor of my washing machine and then telling me to go back to Bosch and just purchase a new machine I have been ********** by Bosch South Africa and are highly upset about the whole incident - also after Bosch left I had to clean up the mess water, insulation etc. and he never replaced the insulation that was removed from the fridge meaning the freezer door is not insulated as it was. Please give me way forward...?????
