Poor service

I have the same problem... I reported my fridge not working properly... That was in April 2022... It went on like a that until 21 December 2022..came and "Fix" the problem. And a day after that still the same problem.... I phoned the service center... They will be phone me back... I'm not still waiting... Now im sitting with a feisge/freezer the overall freeze and doesn't keeps their fridge cool... How the #&@R hell am I suppose to keep my goods cooling in this heat of Richards Bay

I've never had such poor service and that from a big company. I will never buy a Bosch ever again
