Poor quality and fire hazard.

I bought a dishwasher on takealot 30 March 2025, on the 5 December the dishwasher was giving an error which it has never done before and wouldn't power off, after moving the dishwasher to turn off by the power supply I noticed the back padding of the dishwasher had melted and that the PROVIDED power cable was sparking and had melted in the center. Bosch is not honoring their warranty and trying to make me pay for repairs and a new cable and are sending me screenshots of their warranty that they themselves are misinterpreting. I am now sitting with a fire hazard in my home.... will take the matter now to the ombudsman.
