Poor Poor Customer service

I bought a Bosch dishwasher at game store, 4 months later it shows an error code I can't use it. I call Bosch the next day on the 24th they say the technician is going to contact me within 24 hours, I call them again Friday the 26th, They say the technician will call me Monday am still waiting. I have a dishwasher that am not using. Bosch does not have a great customer service.
