Poor bad experience

Im just fed up of the service im receiving from bosch and their technicians. I contacted Bosch on the 17th of May 2019 about a fridge. The rubber of my fridge broke. I called bosch and reported the incident the lady informed me the technician will come out the Monday (20th May), which did not happen. I then called again and the lady said on the system the technician is scheduled to come out. (again she promised the technician will come). I've been promised from the 17th of May and tomorrow will be the 17th of June and still NO TECHICIAN CAME OUT!!!!!!!!!

I work during the day and need to ask someone everyday to wait for the technician to came. (THIS IS AN INCONVENIENCE)
