Poor after sales service

I bought a Bosch free standing Gas stove through Takealot on 13 April. After installation the installer found that a part was missing. I contacted Takealot, but got no response from them. Then decided to contact Bosch. Received 3 SMS's to say a technician has been assigned!! Then I send them a picture on Whatsapp of the missing part on 29 April. Yet to receive any feedback. Poor service
