Pathetic service by Bosh and Siemens

What a useless call center to deal with. I escalated my complaint twice now and in two weeks nothing has been done. Brand new dishwasher bosh and a siemens freezer not working. Was told they will replace. Its been two weeks and now all my stuff from the freezer was soiled as well as the cupboards. Their customer service is pathetic and they do not provide any feedback. I will definitely not be buying any applicatences from them
