Pathetic and worst service

Such a horrible service. People there lie to you everytime you call them. Funny thing is when you call, spares that came from joburg last time is now back to joburg or they still waiting. Each time you call they lie to you with stories. 21 days and still waiting for a washing machine under warranty to be repaired. The most recent call update (or story): parts will be shipped from joburg tomorrow. Never again
