Our fridge/freezer makes EXTREMELY LOUD noises!

We own a Bosch KGN fridge/freezer that was bought at the beginning of the year. We experienced loud noises (I know most fridges make noises - in fact that's why we went for a more expensive brand like Bosch - but this one makes louder than average noises!). We then got a Bosch service agent to come and access the problem - as I was confident that because of the stated decibel measurements that Bosch advertise, that they would either repair or replace our fridge. However the agent conveniently arrived without a device in order to measure the extent of the noise - which I find strange and suspicious as Bosch can obviously only \score"from not having their clients seeing such readings (otherwise if they were confident that the readings will be as low as they advertise why don't they just measure it to prove so?). The agent then told me that the loud sounds are all very normal and that they also state that noises will occur in the booklet. Fair enough - I'm not complaining about the noises - I am however complaining about the extent of these noises as our previous older and cheaper-brand fridge was not close to being this noisy!
