No spares for a Fridge less than 10 years old???

I own two Intelligent All Refrigerator 39's bought in 2009. The door compartments and handles are broken but the rest of the fridge is in extremely good condition. I am perturbed that my local agents in Midrand SA informs me that no more spares are available and manufacture of such has been discontinued? This does not reflect well on your product regarding after-sales and will definitely make me think twice about buying a Bosh appliance again. I read your company and service policies and this is in direct contrast to what you profess to be? Is there any way generic parts or parts from another fridge might fit. I’m told by your sevice consultants no. Can Bosch explain why this is? In all honesty my Mother can get spares for her G&E fridge she bought in the 60's???
