No response on broken machine

My Boasch washing machine broke down with wet washing inside. Machine is still under warranty. Logged a call with Bosch Siemens. Received sms that a service partner will be in contact and a reference number. Phoned to follow up. Received same sms. Treid xouple more times, couldn't get through. Still have wet washing in a broken washing machine. You pay extra to get a reliable product. Its understandable that machinery breaks, but to be ignored when it does is unacceptable.
