no delivery of the oven part nearly two weeks now.
two weeks ago i phoned Hirsch applicances to get someone out to check the bosch oven, they eventually came out after two days, the oven part had to be ordered, i have been phoning Hirsch every day to find out when the bosch part will be delivred, phoned bosch today, they cannot tell me, they have to investigate and come back to me, again i am back to square one waiting for a simple answer when the part will be delivred.
