No customer service from Bosch

Poor to NO service. I logged a service request with Bosch to have my hob's top replaced after a week of phoning to get someone to come out, they just completed the request and said nothing was wrong, even though no one had actually come to see the hob or even phoned me to check what the problem was. My service call is BJ187172
