NEW FRIDGE/FREEZER MAKES EXTREMELY LOUD NOISES

When I saw all the Bosch complaints on Hello Peter my heart just sank.<br> <br> Our new Bosch KGN46A was delivered by Tafelberg Furnishers, Cape Gate on 10 September 2015. We just bought a new house and the fridge was installed in the new house on that day. <br> Upon moving into the house permanently about 2 weeks ago, we found this fridge to be so noisy it even wakes us up at night!! It makes groaning noises all the time. I am so DISAPPOINTED !!! To top it all, we also bought a new Bosch washing machine, hob and dishwasher. What can we expect from this appliances. We always thought Bosch to be one of the best.<br> I have contacted Tafelberg Cape Gate , who sent a Service Agent. He reported the Case to Bosch on Saturday 17/10/2015 - and still no word from Bosch.<br> <br> <br> I do not want this Fridge. I am prepared to try another Bosch but this one obviously has a factory fault. <br>
