Never again Bosch!

I bought a Bosch vacuum cleaner from Makro in November 2019. In March, it stopped working. I have not been able to contact Bosch to get this machine sorted out. I was told to wait until Level 3 of the lockdown and since Level 3 I have not been able to get hold of them via telephone. I thought buying a Bosch appliance was going to give me quality so I paid a premium, but have been totally disappointed in the product and the company. I will never buy a Bosch appliance again!
