Most pathetic after sales service - you should be ashamed Siemens !!

I have never had such bad service! Over the years I have loved Siemens Appliances but this after sales service level has made me change my preferences. My oven cooker digital display has a very small fault. After contacting the service center I was promised, on 5 occasions that someone would come out and repair it. At no point did anyone call me to apologies for not coming and to re-arrange the repair. After 1 month I am still at a loss and finding anyone to attend to this is impossible.
