Low Quality and Defective Designs from Bosch

I bought the Bosch Multi Talent 8 food processor and paid premium for it. Having faith in the brand I bought a second one as a gift.

The first time the part wore out I graciously purchased a replacement because they refused to replace it. Yesterday while grating cheese it gave in again. Same as last time. The plastic meant to hold the grater in place just disintegrates during use and now the grater attachment lifts of it and obviously it won't grate but jams. This is like I say the second time this has happened. I still have my old Kenwood for almost 20 years and a Russel Hobbs that's about 8 years old but I wasted my money on Bosch because I thought it would be an investment.

I do not want to be purchasing attachments every few uses. I paid for quality. I want a refund or a replacement of a better appliance without this design defect in this range.

I am going to make Bosch famous for selling us low quality products and this is clearly a defect of the design.
