Love the Bosch dishwasher; less so the empty promises of free Finish to use it

I've seen several reviews regarding the Finish promotion that ended in June 2018, and given that I've also received no feedback to my queries sent to the ********** email address, I'll add my 2c here.

I'm patient and can wait for the promotional goods, but don't ignore me. Up to date I've had absolutely no response, not even to confirm that I'm successfully registered for the promotion (luckily I took screenshots). Several follow-ups later and still nothing. Appalling customer service!
