Is Bosch Appliances still operational?

Is Bosch Appliances still operational? So, I have tried twice on-line, 3 emails and a copy to the CEO (Dr Volkmar Denner) in Germany with no answer. All I need is info on where to purchases a replacement upper and lower basket for my Bosch SMS50E02ZA/6 dishwasher. Unit is in perfect working order and aesthetically showroom condition; however, after 4 years, basket rubber coating has perished and wire frame is now rusting.
