Hugely disappointed by Bosch

I had been a great fan of Bosch appliances and has so far had no problems. Bought an electric hob and it has packed before two years is up.

The process of getting information from the client services has been very unsatisfactory only to be told our appliance has been eaten by insects and they proceed to give a repairs quote that is higher than the price for a new hob. Go figure but they have lost a loyal customer
