Horrible after sales service from Bosch Home!

I wish I could give them a big fat zero! For over two weeks i have been calling and emailing regarding a faulty appliance! They read my emails and never respond, not a single person had the courtesy to reply! SIMPHIWE MABELANE, ANITA RAMAN, TSHEPISO at BSH Customer Service, not one of them! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, PRODUCTS MADE IN CHINA PROBABLY HAVE BETTER AFTER SALES SERVICE! They just want your money!!!
