********** service by Bosch!!!! No service delivery of my fridge still under a 10 year warranty!!!! Shocking to say the least

The most useless, ********** and pathetic service ever!!! I would give them a rating of minus 10!!! Bosch is worse than Eskom!!!!!! I have a Bosch fridge with model number KGN46XL30Z that stopped getting cold! This fridge is only just over a year old and is still under a 10 year warranty!! After making numerous calls to them for the past two weeks, no one has come to assist me and repair the fridge. A third party agent assigned to Bosch called me on Monday to ask about my appliance and then asked me where I live. To make a long story short, he was rude and unhelpful. He said because I live on a farm, he doesn’t service my area!!! It’s not that he doesn’t service my area, he was too lazy to come out!!! Absolutely shocking!!!! He said he will assign it to another agent that does, but instead cancelled my service request!!! This reference was ***. What the hell was this about????? ****** useless!!! I then had to phone in again to reopen my service request, but still no one has come out to repair my appliance!! Bosch is quick to sell you an appliance with a warranty, but when something goes wrong there is absolute no service delivery which is completely unacceptable!!!!! If Bosch doesn’t jack themselves up and if no one comes out to assist me and repair my fridge, I am going to report them further and they will be in for a rude awakening!!!!!!!
