Hoping you guys will help mi with this issue

Hi peter i bought a stove at game 2019 and last year gave a problem and i went to game and report it since its got a warranty of 5years since from last year bosch keep promising game stor that they are going to fix its i been given 3 reference number the first they closed and say its been fix and 2 other references same thing applies I'm so disappointed about Bosch services
