Happy Bosch Customer

I had something go wrong with my washing machine. My machine was fortunately still under warrantee. They came out to my house (which is on a farm I might add) and came to fix it at my house. I am absolutely blown away by this level of service. I see plenty of bad reviews here. Make sure to add your device on their website for warrantee purposes and make sure to call them to follow up.

I am so happy with Bosch. I will definately only buy Bosch from now on. This in contrast with my experience with a Defy washing machine that broke within the first few days of me buying it and customer service being non existant.
