Great Tumble wetter ever

I bought a Bosch Series 4 Condenser tumble dryer in 2021. From the start it gave problems and stopped heating and drying. I would report it and the technician would come out, act like we are idiots that don't know how to use the unit and leave. I would then relog the call to get the unit repaired. They would then repair the unit (Controller board was replaced on one call, sensor board was also replaced, sensors on a couple of calls) for it to work between 3 and 6 months to start the process again. In the just over 3 years that I have had the unit, it has been 'repaired ' 7 times already. It is faulty again and now I am told tough luck but you are responsible for the cost of repair. Most companies would offer to assist further or replace the unit after the 3rd or 4th call that was logged with the same outcome after repairs. They used to be a great company with great products (previous Bosch tumble dryer lasted more than 8 years) but now, sadly, they suck. The other strange thing is most of the technicians that came out was from Electrolux ( which I find very strange!).
