Hats off to Tafelberg Furnishers in Bellville as well as Bosch Appliances SA: I purchased a Bosch Freezer in 2014 which developed cracks on the inside cavity, the problem was reported to Faeeza, and within 3 days I had confirmation from Bosch SA that they would be exchanging the unit.
