Great product. Horrible after sales service

Think twice before buying a Bosch Appliance... product is amazing until you need customer service. Logged a call on 22/09 for an oven fan that is not working. And that for a product that is still under guarantee. After many calls, begging, threatening, requesting, still no joy. The technician in Bloemfontein makes empty promises. I am running a business from home and I set out a whole day for them to come and do what needs to be done and they did not pitch after they promised they will be here today. Gatvol is an understatement.
