Great Product, but please, I need a replacement consumable part

I have given Bosch 3 stars, but it should in reality be 5 stars in that I am unashamedly a Boschaholic. I have very many of their appliances and workshop tools, and I buy these by choice ... they are that good ... a silver lining! But, every silver lining has a dark cloud somewhere, and in Bosch's case its their lawnmower ... not the machine itself, its fantastic, but the inability to find a replacement blade on South Africa, and the absolute apathy with which my approaches to Bosch (and of it's representative outlets) are met. So, this is both intended as a compliment and a complaint, and please understand that this Hello Peter review comes as a last ditch attempt to actually find a resolution.
