Great Customer Service from Bosch

I have received excellent service from Bosch in the past 5 days, had an issue with a top loader giving me unending problems, but Mpho from Bosch Johannesburg phoned me and she organized the repairman to come out and look and report on the machine and was just informed that it's not worth fixing the machine they will rather credit me. So I would like to thank Bosch and especially Mpho for her brilliant service. Also, Peter who Mpho sent from Home Tech in PE for his quick response to the situation.
