Gas heater not working and bad installer

Gas heater not working and installer not taking responsibility to fix it.

Seems to not be getting gas. Hot water sporadically available.

Was in contact with Bosch office in Pretoria and they were interested in helping until the installer from Caledon called them and told them off. Now no one wants to assist in solving the problem. Terribly disappointed.
