Friendly, helpful after sales service

<p>I bought an upright Bosch freezer and was concerned about a strong chemical smell inside. I want sure if it was just 'new freezer' smell or leaking refrigerant. I called Bosch and they sent a technician the next day (a Saturday) to check. All was well and the smell has dissipated. Thanks to Gisela and Lawrence at Bosch for friendly helpful service. </p>
