Faulty Series 8 Microwave with no resolution

We bought a Series 8 Microwave (CMG7241B1) from Hisch's in Centurion in July 2024. The microwave lasted barely a month before it started coming up with an E1003 error when you turn it on. Numerous service calls later and it's still not resolved. There is also an issue with the door sensor incorrectly thinking the door is open when it's closed, which means you can't use the microwave until you remove it from the cabinet and switch it off at the wall to reset.

And then even when the microwave is working it's slow to start up and complicated to use. This is not a user friendly appliance at all. Would not recommend and will think carefully before buying Bosch products in the future.
