False marketing

Upon buying our dishwasher in April with the R500 Finish voucher, I was assured that the Finish cleaning materials would be delivered within a month. I've uploaded the slip and everything that was required from me. Every time I phone them now I hear "it will be delivered in the next 2 weeks and every time they take down my address even though I already captured it) - it has been 3 months later now with the same promise again this morning. Really Bosch? You will make that no one supports your brand in the future. I await your feedback please. Even though only for R500 I will continue with a lawyer process in the event of your commitment not being honored.
