False Advertising by Bosh appliances

Further the promotion run on Bosch dishwashers whereby if the brand is purchased , then the customer is to receive R500 worth of Finish dishwashing products. I registered , uploaded proof of purchase and even received a message from Bosch confirming the successful completion of the process. to date however i have not received the products. my purchase was done over a month ago, and the promotion ends on 15.06.2018 - Is the promotion intentionally misleading customers into purchasing the Bosch brand?? Will customers ever receive the promised items. It is now 2 weeks since I was assured that additional stock had arrived and would be dispatched, and still no free products received. Will the stock be delivered to customers in 2018? Or once again was false advertising at play
