The interior glass door of my 10-month old Bosch oven broke unexpectedly. I called Bosch Customer Service, and to my pleasant surprise the whole experience has been exceptional. From when Lerato answered my call and conveyed her apologies for the inconvenience, to Garth assigning a technician, to Eddie eventually replacing the glass. Well done guys, keep up the great customer service.
