Excellent after service, a brand to trust

I sent an email yesterday about my washing machine that was faulty and still in warranty. I received an sms 5 minutes later to say a consultant will contact me within 24 hours. The repair man called me this morning at it was repaired quickly. I am SO impressed with this after service, you just do not get such great service today. They really surprised me and I am a much more loyal fan now.
