Dremel tools over priced and fail

I sent a query and complaint through the Bosch website. Mails showed it was sent through to other sections of Bosch, but still no response. I use the dremel tools frequently, the wire brushes fibre and shoot out the bristles, the polish pads disintegrate rapidly. The cost of the accessories is expensive and the stuff doesn't last. The dremel 200 series failed last week after getting hot, smoking and then grinding to what I suspect is seizure! Bosch how is this possibly on a diy tool used as specified in the booklet. I use a TVG unit that takes far more punishment and the unit accessories have a much better endurance. I have replaced the 200 with a 3000 series but suspect it will do the same. The dremel is a diy tool, used for diy it fails, so exactly what sort of diy can it handle. There are router bits, drill bits, brushes, polish pads etc so it is an expensive paper weight. Head office dont respond to queries, and after talking to other diy guys, apparently dremel tools seem togive hassles allot?
