Dont Buy Bosch

After waiting weeks to get my appliances, the confirmed delivery date was 3 May 2018 after 16h00pm. The delivery guys rock up to my complex at 15h30pm. They took my appliances back to the factory!! I wish I never ordered from FYD and I wish I never ordered your appliances. How can they leave when they are the ones who came before time? I left work early as planned, and they didnt even wait! Now I have to wait again to get my stuff!! I urge everyone to just get Samsung products. They seem to know what customer service is.
