Do NOT buy a Bosch appliance

I am still waiting for someone to get in touch with me to replace my 5-month-old Bosch vacuum cleaner. I cannot believe how utterly disgusting the service, or should I say lack of service, from Bosch is. I dropped it off on June 9 at one of your service centres. I don't want it fixed, I want it replaced. It has a 12-month guarantee. This is not rocket science. I thought I couldn't go wrong with a German appliance! What a horrible experience.
