Distasteful after sales and customer service.

I have purchased a Bosch double door fridge in July. I started hearing funny noises and seeing frost and water deposits on the freezer side. I called Bosch customer service and they sent a technician to check. Report sent back to customer service was for a replacement unit and reference number closed with no further feedback nor calls after many have promised to return my calls. Service call *** has been closed since 11 September but still no call back nor anything.
