Dissapointing products | Bosch

I bought Bosch 10kg Series 4 Silver Inox Front Loading Washing Machine: WGA254XVZA less than 3 years ago. Still under warranty. I've endless issues with this machine.

I've had technicians at my house about 6 times. Bosch Service request numbers: ***, *** , ***, ***

The machine is still not fixed and I am sitting with more problems than I had before.

The machine still has a loud knocking sound when going into a spinning cycle. Once in a spin cycle, the machine is rocking on the floor literately moving around. I have to keep the machine in one position with my hands for it to finish the spinning cycle, then move the whole machine back to where it should be.

To date, they have replaced the motor, the drum belt, all 4 shock absorbers and 3 x drum springs.

On top of the above, I now have an issue with the water filling the machine extremely slowly all of a sudden. I've had a plumber out to check the pipes and I have checked to make sure the inlet filter is clean. These are all in order, indicating another issue with the machine. my dishwasher connecting to the exact same waterline, has no issues.

The first issue was reported in January this year and I am in a worse position than what I was back then.

I do not have the time to sit and worry about a washing machine!!! I have lots of other things that I need to worry about and this whole process is getting ridiculous.

I am now done, gatvol and not interested in any further stories or technicians trying to fix the machine.

Please send someone to come fetch the machine and refund or replace the appliance. This is a Bosch appliance!!!! not an El-cheapo that I bought for R500. I have an El-Cheapo Kelvinator Dishwasher that is 12 years old and without a single problem!!!

I am awaiting your urgent response on arrangement to get this resolved.
