Disgusting service l Bad product

Bought a 16kg Bosch washing machine from Takealot. Contacted them to inform them that the machine is making a loud knocking sound. I was referred to Bosch and a Bosch technician came out and checked it out. He said he'll escalate the fault to his supervisor and will get back to me. Two months later I contacted the technician inquiring on progress, he informed me he'll take it up with the office. Contacted him a month later as no one cares to come back. The machine, in the meantime, stopped spinning and makes weird noises. A Bosch agent called me and I thought it was for a follow up on my query... She just called to find out how was the purchase and if we're still enjoying the machine. Wow, what great service. Never in my whole life will I ever buy a Bosch item. I'm taking further steps.
