Disgraceful service

I am utterly disappointed in Bosch. Fridge broke in April still under warranty. They sent someone to fix it, who ended up breaking the fridge further to such an extent that it doesn't make the fridge part cold anymore. My food is going off and they've been promising to have it fixed but no one has come yet,since they refuse to replace it- even with extended warranty bought. Will not buy Bosch again.
