Disappointed with Siemens washer

Very disappointed in the non-service received by Siemens on my less than 2 year old, still under warranty, washer WM10K200ME. According to their online job report status is REPAIRED, but no ever came. This machine has severe stain build up in its inner rubbers. Despite trying to wipe it away, stains remain after just 1 year.
