Disappointed Bosch Customer

We bought a freestanding Gas hob and gas oven from Bosch only to have one thing breaking after the other within the warranty period. At present we are still under warranty and the latest part that's broken can not be replaced. We've been without a grill since early November and looks like we'll be going through the festive season without one. Very inconvenient and frustrating.
