Despicable technical service

I telephoned Bosch technical, I got the number from head office, to speak to someone at technical and I get an answer "this person is not available please call again later." Not even please leave a message. All I wanted was some advice on how to sort out a problem. My dryer is still in warranty, so ****** it, let it cost them to send a technician to me. I wonder what would have happened if I was out of warranty. Would I ever get a repair agent?
