Delays delays delays

I was told my washing machine which was under warranty would be fixed within 3 working days. Then I get told after the technician came, they need parts, which will take another 3 days. That was 11 days ago and I'm still waiting on someone to come repair this useless metal box I have in my kitchen...

I'll buy a different brand in future.
